TPO Application: Part A - routing pruning of branches overhanging the highway/boundary marked by the red line on plan. Part B - removal of 2no. leaning Ash Trees as poor specimens with ash dieback, sloping at a very unsatisfactory angle over a boundary line and remove branches to one side of adjacent Sycamore Tree which block out the neighbours light and are said to be a fall/snap-out risk (TPO 1990/001). Additional information from applicant to clarify pruning extent - Part A - Extent of pruning: Apologies our expert advised “ clearance of 5.2m over carriageway and 2.5m over footpath”.
