Listed Building Application: Construct an upstand to the gutters and widen them to increase the capacity, replace approx. 10nr damaged slates, replace cast iron gutters with new deepflow cast iron gutters, replace uPVC downpipe to rear with cast iron, and undertake repairs to existing downpipes, installation of extractor fans and tile vents, remove any damp affected plaster, replacing and re-plaster with lime-based plaster, installation of 1nr kitchen (designs to be submitted), renew lead work to gutters and chimney stack, create new drip detail to dormer windows (design to be submitted), new hit and miss vents to chimney breast walls, window refurbishment and window replacement.
