Please find attached photographs and site plan, identifying the tree (number 1) to be felled. This tree is the one on the right hand side in the photo.The current situation is that the tree roots are pushing a boarder brick wall over and lifting patio paving slabs. This cannot be corrected without removing the offending roots. This is now a health and safety issue that I'm not prepared to ignore or accept.Therefore I request permission to have the tree felled by a qualified tree surgeon.P.S. I am quite happy to plant a flowering elsewhere in the garden.
