Description

The tree is a Sycamore tree located on my property at the front of my drive. It is a very large tree and overhangs the pavement and the roof of my neighbour as well as my own property.I have contacted a local tree surgeon who has been out to look at the tree and he has proposed reducing the tree by up to 30-40% in order to make it safe for pedestrians and to ensure no further damage is done to the roof of either house.
