(T1) English Oak - Requesting for tree to be removed as it is leaning heavily into public lane and is showing signs of damaged roots and root heave. I believe the cause of this is due to the tree next to it was blown over during a storm and damaged the roots of the tree in question. The cause of the heavy lean is due to a power line running along the back side of the tree and years of heavy side pruning has caused the tree to lean away from the power line and towards the public track. Landowner is prepared to plant a replacement tree in its place.(T2) English Oak - Landowner would like to have a minor crown lift to this tree and to remove dead branches so as not to be a danger to his and his partner when trying to enjoy the garden. Has had many dead branches fall into the garden over the last 2 years.
