I hereby submit this application on behalf of my client residing at the property as described, for works to be carried out by myself, as a qualified Arborist, and in the interest of the prolonged welfare and health of the trees in question, and of course inkeeping with their amenity value. All tree's requiring maintenance are Beech/Copper Beech trees. My client has utmost respect for the trees on his property and mearly wishes to carry out some minor works every 5 years or so to prevent trees from expanding too close to neighboring properties and to keep them in good check and health. He does not wish to reduce the height of any of the trees in question. I have suggested that our priority should be to reduce the length of lateral branches where reauired to a suitable pruning point and to raise crowns up to levels previously agreed in our earlier applications. I will also be removing any deadwood or branches which are crossing/rubbing as a sensible precaution in order to maintain safety and tree health. Inkeeping with an arboists code of practice I will be climing the trees using traditional methods and utilizing cambium savers to prevent friction damage to the trees.There are 2 preservation orders in place for the said trees which are covered under TPO 109 of July 1996 (T1,T2,T3,T5,T6,T8,T12,T13 &T14) All to the right side as facing the property. Also TPO 139 of Nov 2010 (T1,T2 & T3) These are located accross the front of the property. Further specifics will be highlighted in conjunction with the sketch plan.
