Within the curtilage of the site there are only two trees, one of which is a Sycamore tree, (adjacent to the boundary wall facing Mount Pleasant) which we wish to fell as it is causing damage to property, drains a boundary wall and the pavement and is also leaning towards the building. A replacement tree can be re-planted in its place.
