T1-Lime remove all stem epicormic up to a height approximately 8m (where crown breaks out). Crown lift over the road (second avenue) by removing low hanging branches, (up to 2m length of material). Thin remaining crown by 25% and remove deadwood exceeding 50mm diameter or 1m length.Reason: Allow more light into garden, abate nuisance to second road. Note epicormic has been removed in the past and these are repeat works.
