Description

(T1) Sycamore tree to be dismantled and removed due to being to large for the area that it is in. The tree itself is causing damage to neighbouring wall and is causing problem between neighbor and church. The tree is to large for the location it is in and is now starting to cause damage to the house next to it i.e. gutters and roof as well as their car and wall. As an arborist I advise that it must be dismantled and removed to keep the peace between the two neighbors and stop any further damage to neighbouring house. I recommend we do not plant anything in place of this tree to stop further dispute between occupants. Tree will be dismantled back into church chipped and removed. It will be cut to ground level and left as a stump.
