Description

Application for a Non-Material Amendment to amend lodge nos. 1 and 5 as shown on the approved site layout (Drawing Reference: 804H-02D Site Layout). Amendments to replace approved 2-bedroom lodge (2 no.) with 3-bedroom lodge (2 no.). Proposed new lodge design will continue to meet the definition of a 'caravan' as defined in statute by section 29(1) of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act (1960). The proposed 3-bedroom lodge will be 12.80 metres (length) by 6.10 metres (width) attached to planning application 20/02279/FULM.
