Bark fully peeled in places exposing mycelium matting. Old fruiting bodies (too old to confidently identify; small cluster of caps shown in photos) suggest deep infection and significant basal decay. Overhang of major deadwood to highway and property.Major fallen deadwood around the base of the tree.Significant deadwood across whole canopy. Major deadwood overhanging highway. Significant amenity value; recommend replanting with Oak or Beech.
