Removal of Yew for safety of reconstructed wall and destabilisation of Yew tree due to major root removal. Springwood Trees support the view of the tree dying if this root is cut but also the removal of such a major support for the tree could cause it to collapse into the road.The wall requires the root removal in order to build the wall back to vertical. The wall was condemned by Newark and Sherwood Building Control.
