Remove deadwood over 25mm diameter.T3 - Ash - Reduce any branches directly over property to clear 1.5m.T4 - Silver Birch - Remove entire R/H stem (closest to house) back to fork. Check integrity of remaining stem. Large wound identified, with a large pocket of decay (approx. 80% of stem, daylight can be seen through affected area).
