Application Details
Description
T1 - OakLarge early mature Oak has been pruned heavily in the past leading to a mass of epicormic growth on the limbs. We want to carry out a crown clean to remove all of this epicormic growth and dead wood and carry out a 20% crown thin to select branches with good growth potential and remove branches that are crossing or becoming congested. Also remove growth growing directly towards the property, back to previous pruning points.T2 to T4 - Sycamores3 multistem Sycamores have fairly dense crowns, we would like to carry out 25% crown thins on them to remove crossing branches and allow the stronger branches more room to grow out. Also carry out crown cleans to remove deadwood.T5 - AppleThis is an old orchard tree in the rear garden which has been repeatedly pruned right back to the stem. Remove this tree as it's in a poor state. 2 Apple trees to the west of T5 - selectively prune the regrowth to encourage a healthier crown in the future.
