Description

Removal of rotten floor in the hallway. Open up access to the cellar from the hallway. Reopen the second archway entrance in the cellar. Install a stud wall under the stair case, remove the corroded steel beam next to the cellar entrance, replace this with galvanised steel to take the load of the new suspended timber floor to the hallway. Remove the flags from the hallway to the pantry at the rear and replace this floor with a suspended timber floor.
