Description

1. Removal of dead and diseased willow tree to south of property in back garden which borders with Willoughby Court and overhangs neighbouring property. Tree has been assessed by professional tree surgeon as dead and beyond help and has shown no signs of growth for 2 seasons. Full removal including stump is required. A new tree of a species TBD that is not susceptible to honey fungus will be planted in 2024 in order to provide privacy and cover the gap left.2. Reduction by 30-40% in height and overall size (reduction in height of up to 2.5m and latterly to balance) of large Acer tree that significantly overhangs neighbouring property to the south side (bordering Willoughby Court) and is too big for the space, reducing light and interferes with satellite signal.3. Reduction by 15% in height (up to 1m) of smaller Acer tree which grows into the adjacent Acer and slightly overhangs neighbouring property on Willoughby Court to the South side of our property in the back garden.
