Description

Retrospective application for minor access improvements comprising the relocation of an existing gateway further within the site and installation of a permeable hardcore surface.The gateway was set back to enhance visibility splays and allow vehicles to enter and exit the site safely without obstructing the public highway. The hardcore apron provides a durable, permeable surface to improve all-weather access and reduce debris and mud tracking onto the road.The use of the land remains unchanged.
