Description

Removal of condition 3 of DC/2014/01151 which states prior to the commencement of the development the applicant is required to submit an Arboricultural Method Statement (AMS) and protective barrier design in accordance with British Standard 5837:2012 ? Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction Recommendations. The AMS will contain detailed construction methods to be used within the root protection area of the Wellingtonia tree in order to mitigate root damage.
