Description

DM/2024/01152 updating a woolaway bungalow including an extension and increase pitch of roof with dormer windows to allow first floor. We have decided to change the long dormer at the back of the property to 2 single dormers and a skylight, it is much more pleasing and allows a truss roof with a pitch of 45 degrees and a lower house height overall. There are a few window and door size amendments also to make best use of space. We would also like to keep our chimney where it is now.
