Non Material Amendment relating to planning DM/2024/00151.The following items have had slight changes:- Metal detailing on shop front has been simplified- Metal shutters externally fitted and boxed out behind proposed signage- Canopy design altered- Height of the canopy adjusted to reflect the positioning of existing steels- Stone cladding altered along the top of the signage- Existing nibs retained and stone cladding altered- Letter boxes on West elevation fitted on the external wall rather than on the door. On West elevation removed the PPC panel and changed it to glazed panel with opaque film to allow more natural light into the foyre area. Glazed screen and door altered in size on West Elevation.
