Description

Change of use of the field from agricultural to equine. Installation of permeable hard standing (492.78 m2) and concrete stable base (90.49m2) with L shaped low profile horse stable block erected (61.34 m2)This will be used for horse turn out, vehicle parking/turning and horse stabling. Rainwater will be harvested from the stable roof and a full SUDS application is in process.
