Discharge of conditions 6, 10, 11, 13, 15 relating to planning DM/2023/01679:Condition 6 - Contaminated Land Risk Assessment - please see enclosed report reference X10473-R3-2 which addresses the requirements of Condition 6.Condition 10 - Piling Risk Assessment - The foundation arrangements are shown on drawing ref. GMEF-AWP-MF-B1-DR-S-6100-C01. These comprise a 1.2m thick reinforced concrete ground-bearing slab. No piling or penetrative methods are being used, therefore there are no risks to groundwater arising from foundation construction.Condition 11,13 & 15 - CEMP, CEMP (Biodiversity) and CTMP - Document GMEF-ALP-XX-XX-HS-Z-0000-0009 Construction Environmental Management Plan covers all requirements of conditions 11, 13 and 15.
