The application will be dealt with at a later stage as a Development of National Significance. Screening Direction from the Welsh Ministers under Regulation 31 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Wales) Regulations 2017 (the EIA regulations) to determine whether there is a requirement for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to accompany a planning application for development at the above location. This request is made in relation to a Development of National Significance for the purposes of section 62D of the 1990 Act.
