Description

Following advice from the building inspector, the disabled access ramp has been extended around two sides of the building to provide an appropriate gradient for wheelchair users. The internal staircase is wider and shallower and has done away with the requirement for an external staircase. There is a disabled WC on the ground floor and a disabled WC, a conventional WC and a lobby with a kitchenette on the first floor. The internal layout on the ground floor has been amended to significantly improve disabled access. The attached drawings show the as-built layout.
