Non Material Amendment to planning decision DM/2024/00305 (We would like to amend the roof of the building from a sloped roof to an apex shaped roof. Current approved garden office: Maximum height 2.6 meters (2.3 meters at the lower pitch). Floor area: 600cm x 680cm, plus decking. Proposed change: Current drawings show eaves height at 300cm and the ridge at 585cm. The floor area will not be amended (600cm x 680cm, plus decking). The ridge height of the outbuilding (that is already in the garden) is ca 550cm and the eaves are ca 282cm. Although the drawings show that the garden office is slightly taller than the outbuilding, we would aiming to make both buildings match in height).
