Description

Replace damaged boundary wooden picket fencing (600mm high from track height) following storm damage to the front of the property (Eastern boundary) with a stone wall to be no greater than this height. Proposed wall will match and be in keeping with the original stone South boundary wall. Replace wooden north facing boundary fence currently 950mm high with a stone wall maximum height 1800mm (note: this wall height will be a min 450mm lower than the track height).
