I am informed that the garden room will be installed in 2 days during routine working hours (08.00 to 17.30). It is being assembled on-site having been manufactured in Mamhilad. As described above the garden room is 3.2 m wide, by 3.0m deep and 2.45m tall.No machinery is to be installed.Installation of a garden room to replace an existing pergola. The existing base will be used for the garden room. The garden room is proposed to be 3.20m wide by 3.00m deep by 2.45m high and is a single storey. It will have electricity but no other facilities (drainage, after etc). It is to be located at the bottom of our back garden, which is 20m from the house and at least 15m from neighbouring houses.The garden room is to slot between and existing shed and an existing greenhouse at the bottom of the garden.Access to the back garden is via the property?s front drive and garage.The main property is not listed.
