Description

Principal works proposed is the felling of 46 leylandii (Cupressus and Leylandii) that appear to have been planted as privacy screen/ hedge but have not been maintained and are now overgrown and detriment to the local conservation area, to soil quality aroubnd the trees and to the surrounding predominantly broad leaf woodland maintained by Natural Resources Wales. In addition,its proposed to fell immature ash trees with stage 4 die back. All boundary of the property.
