Description

To convert the garage in to a salon for grooming dogs. The improvements will be internal only to turn the building into a fit for purpose grooming salon, which includes the facility for bathing and drying. There is no machinery involved other than a hairdryer which will be used for short periods of time. I am proposing to groom 1 or 2 dogs per day over two days a week. There will be no weekend working. The salon will operate on a one in one out basis and they will leave as soon as reasonably possible upon completion of the groom. I do not anticipate any undue noise to disturb my neighbours There is private parking on a concealed driveway for the customer to park their car whilst they drop off/collect their dog. There is no need for any car to park in the street adjacent to my property.
