Description

Proposed is the installation of 3no. shepherd huts for overnight guest use, associated decking, footpaths, permeable track updates to existing farm track, the addition of small grass matt permeable track, parking & turning area, secure bicycle storage, permeable communal area, and recycling/refuse storage. Also intended is minor landscaping of the site, planting of native species trees, hedgerows, shrubbery, and meadow grass with wildflowers throughout the site.
