Please can we request an extension of time for the approval of this application. Personal circumstances and illness has caused a delay to the applicant's ability to progress the works. Their ambitions for the property and their business remain unchanged, but they are concerned now that the timeline for discharging the planning conditions and preparing the technical information to tender in order to commence the work is becoming too tight. The idea that the approval might lapse is of particular concern because of the investment they undertook in bespoke flood modelling to assess the flood risk and satisfy the requirements of NRW during the consultation period.
