Description

The original permission included a large conservatory constructed using structural glass and a free-form roof with extended eaves as shown on drawing AL.0.11. This is not now required because it is considered to be too intrusive, visually, and would be too expensive. The revised brief is for a more modest pergola / canopy, to give protection to, and complete the main south west elevation of the property. Thisis the subject of the current application and is illustrated on drawings AL.0.100, AL 31A and AL.0.401.
