Description

The intent is to replace an existing conservatory with a new structure on the same footprint (see attached power point slide deck).The existing sloping roof will be replaced by a pitched roof at 90 degrees to the existing house roofline. The new roofline will be below that of the current roof.The outline proposal is to replace the existing structure to become the new kitchen. The floor will be raised to the same level as the rest of the house.The internal area of the existing room is 4.6m x 5.4m and the longest wall projecting from the house being 3.9m in length (see schematic in ppt deck).
