Description

Installation of an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) to replace very old and defective gas boiler. The property is a mid-terrace. The outdoor unit will be fitted in the back garden 1m away from one neighbouring property and 2m from the other with a fence on the side of the former and a tall thick hedge on the side of the latter, providing some noise reduction. There should be no alterations to the exterior of the building other than the entry point behind the ASHP. The ASHP model is the Ideal 8Kw ASHP. This operates at 55dB, however, once the sound power level is calculated this reduces to 41dB.
