Non material amendments in relation to planning consent DC/2010/00488. Condition 9 - To allow all foul drainage and all surface water drainage to drain as a combined system via a flow control chamber from the site. Condition 10 - To allow surface water to connect indirectly via a flow control chamber, to the public sewerage system, surface water flows shall only communicate with the public combined sewer through an attenuation device that discharges at a rate not exceeding 1 l/s.
