Description

The bottom of the garden area marked on the APPENDIX 1 conveyance plan will be dug out and fully concreted - this area is marked as A1 in a solid black line. The ground area measures 403CM(4.03M) wide x 360CM (3.59M) DEEP/LONG. The area dug out will be two bricks tall which is approximately 130mm so the level of the settled concrete when filled will be no higher than where the land level currently sits in ground level height. This work will be undertaken by a landscape contractor. When concrete is laid, we then will put a wooden shed / log cabin type structure onto the concrete as seen attached in documents. We have attached the largest structure that we seek to put on there, however if accepted we may put a smaller in height a length shed on there.No other significant changes are being made to land or property.
