Non material amendments in relation to planning consent DM/2023/01418. These being, the slight enlargement of windows on the north-west elevation, the insertion of two conservation roof lights on the rear slope and the insertion of a high level window in the north-east elevation. The proposal is also to revert to the preferred symmetrical duo-pitch roof rather than a faux mansard form as indicated in the pre-application advice given.
