Description

The barns at New House Farm were granted permission in 2005 to be changed to residential dwellings. The project commenced in 2009 to install the treatment plant. Conditions 5 + 7 were discharged and an inspection was carried out and approved by Monmouthshire County Council Building Control. I contacted Philip Thomas in February 2024 regarding this planning permission who recommended we apply for a Certificate of Lawfulness so we could obtain certainty that a lawful start has been made.
