Description

New Ancillary Building comprising of garage, workshop and secure garden store. The part of the building forming the secure garden store is composed of therepaired and renovated stonework walls of the ruin of the former Pigsty. A new access drive is to be provided using a no dig cellular grass permeable pavingsystem. The gross floor area of the building is 55m2, which includes the area of the pigsty (14m2).
