Description

CA - This report identifies basal decay and a basal decay cavity to T43. There are 2 decaying, large pruning stubs coalescing with the basal decay cavity. A metal prop has been fitted on the 7m long north limb at 2.5m agl, 2m proximal to the parent stem. The contact point with the tree is a narrow curved section of metal with no cushioning value, and this along with its positioning creates a stress notch. We propose Steve Ambler & Sons Trees Ltd remove T43
