Description

The proposal is to change the use of the premises (unit 3) from A3 retail use to D1 non-residential institutions use class. The intended use is as a Town Council base. The premises will act as a community hub for Magor with Undy providing access to information and council services for residents. This will include and not be limited to the display and access to consultations, Planning Applications, Tourist Information, Citizen Advice Bureau surgeries, Monmouthshire Council community information etc.
