Ash dieback, overhangs public parking. 3 - Sycamore (multiple) around North and West boundary. Crown reduce. Overhanging public parking and road (A48). 4 - Elm in West Side of the paddock. Fell. Standing dead, dangerous. 5 - Beech in South West corner of paddock. Remove dead branches and clear from telephone line. Dangerous large dead limbs remain at height. 6 - Bay Laurel by St Pierre listed gate pier. Reduce to approx. 8 feet tall. It has overgrown listed structure. 7- Conifers by St Pierre listed gate pier, remove. Too large, non significant species. 8 - Cherry Laurel by St Pierre listed gate pier, reduce to approx. 5 feet. It is too large.
