NMA Relating to planning (DM/2021/01716)1. An amendment to the approved layout of the dwelling, in which the back corner of the plot is to be tapered to meet the easement requirement set out by Welsh Water and the private garden rearranged. This will allow the easement to be maintained on site. 2. An amendment to Condition 2 of the full planning permission (LPA reference: DM/2021/01716) and associated table of approved plans to reflect the changes set out in point 1.
