Description

To replace the existing fence, which was erected on top a bank of earth, with a retaining wall to support the internal earth, and a fence. The original fence blew down in the heavy gales in March 2023. The internal height of the inner fence is like for like with what was there before. In order to compensate for the differing ground levels, the resulting exterior height of the wall/fence combination exceeds 2 metre in height, but it is no higher than it was previously on the earth bank. Bricks for the wall to match those of the property and install a feather edge fence in keeping with surrounding properties.
