There is a large American Oak tree in our front garden. It is causing subsidence to the house. Having consulted a Structural Engineer, we have been advised by a structural engineer that we need to thin the crown by 35%. We will also take the opportunity to remove branches that are below head height and make it difficult to walk under the tree for maintenance, lawnmowing etc...
