Description
The proposal consists in the construction of a new outbuilding on an existing concrete slab of a previous garage. The outbuilding will be 5m long and 2.5m wide. The outbuilding will be constructed in concrete blocks and will have a flat roof. The height of the roof at the eaves will be 2.2m (within the 2m of the boundary line) and 2.4m on the opposite side. The roof will have timber rafters installed on the concrete blocks, on top of the rafters will be installed plywood sheets that will then be protected with roofing felt. The outbuilding will have an access door on the southeast elevation and 2 windows on the southwest elevation.
