This application is for non-material amendments relating to planning DM/2022/00080. (NMAs) to the Planning Permission referenced below, as follows:1. Additional photo-voltaic panels on the western slope of the Barn element of the proposed new dwelling house;2. The addition of a roof window over the FF Kitchen of the Barn element of the proposed new dwelling house;3. The omission of 2 no. windows from the western wall of the Barn element of the proposed new dwelling house;4. The omission of 1 no. roof-window from the eastern slope of the roof over the Annexe element of the proposed new dwelling house; & 5. The addition of a single-storey entrance porch with projecting roof to the indented north elevation of the proposed new dwelling house - the latter to provide greater shelter for the elderly occupants as they come and go.
