Description

1) Timber extension to existing steel portal barn providing an agricultural workshop (including a washing up sink/toilet). Additional timber cladding to existing barn facade with extension to upper barn doors for increased security, weather proofing and improved visual impact. 2) Relocation of existing access track that runs alongside current barn to enable barn extension. 3) Low Impact stone trackway extending from the barn to the entrance of the woodland to support forestry and agricultural activity.4) Extension of hardstanding area at rear of barn to enable siting of a shipping container with timber lean-to. Providing an open covered working area and secure storage for farm equipment.5) Proposed Polytunnel 6) Construction of a small section of trackway (within 25m of A Road) to meet start of approved permitted development trackway.Where possible materials will be locally and sustainable sourced to minimise ecological and visual impact.
