Description

NMA relating to Application DM/2021/00357. Minor reposition of the footpath alignment through the area of open space to meet the suggestions of the PRoW Officer. Minor changes to the house type pack to ensure compliance with WDQR and Building Regs. These include; gable windows on house type 10 have been reduced to 460mm wide by 1050mm tall, to ensure compliance with Part B of the Building Regulations, patio doors on plot 120 have been relocated to rear elevation and rear door removed from plot 63 (notes on this drawing have been clarified). Changes to the roof design/PV panel configuration on the walk up flats.
