Description
The roofline on the left of the Village Hall is fully pitched, and on the right it is a mix of pitched and flat roof which has resulted in damp ingress in the valley between the roofs as well as resulting in the rooms below the flat roof being cold and lacking insulation. Proposal is to create a fully pitched roof over this area to match the roofline on the other side.Also to clad the front of the building (currently beige bricks) with Waney boards to modernise and more reflect the halls rural setting.
